Bargaining with the Medical Center continued last week on December 8 and 9. Our discussions included presenting proposals related to mandatory overtime and the various departments within surgical services, and we also responded to the Medical Center's counter-proposals to our initial proposals from early November. We're happy to report that we've reached a tentative agreement with the Medical Center regarding expanding protections under the non-discrimination section of the CBA.
Negotiations will continue this Thursday and Friday, December 15 and 16, where we hope to continue productive discussions over these and other topics.
We'll provide another update after our bargaining sessions this week.
