2.24.2023 Bargaining Update

Dear TCMNA nurses,

We have been in negotiations with Munson Medical Center for the past two days. We have continued to make progress in discussing key portions of the agreement such as wages, scheduling, and floating.

The next two negotiations sessions we have will be critical. We will be bargaining again on March 1 and March 2. Our contract is scheduled to expire on March 3 – and we will not be extending.

That’s why it is vital that nurses and community members show as much solidarity as possible between now and our next negotiating session. The Medical Center needs to understand how united we are.

If you haven’t already, please take a moment to sign our petition. If you have signed, please ask three friends or colleagues to add their name by going to munsonnurses.org/sign.

If we do not have a tentative agreement by the end of the day on March 2, nurses will need to be ready to ramp up the pressure on the Medical Center so we can win the fair contract our community needs and nurses deserve.

That’s why it’s so important to have as many people as possible sign this petition. Just click here!

In solidarity,

Your Elected RN Bargaining Team
