We had another productive week of bargaining with the Medical Center. Although we haven’t yet reached a tentative agreement on the subject, we are very close on topics related to floating.
We had another round of discussion on a new article we proposed related to the Nurse Practitioners in our bargaining unit, and hope to be coming closer to an agreement there as well.
We have added a few more bargaining dates and will be meeting almost every day next week, including over the weekend prior to expiration, as we continue to try to reach a new agreement before our current one expires on Valentine’s Day.
